Structural composition
This equipment consists of a 304 stainless steel casing, imported cutting tools, Taiwanese motors, centrifugal cutting systems, etc. The traditional auxiliary feeding mechanism and comb mechanism of the cutting machine are eliminated, and the cutting machine transmission system is completely isolated from the fruit and vegetable processing area by a partition. The whole machine structure is compact, pollution-free, and meets the requirements of food machinery.
Working principle
When the cutting machine is in operation, the food to be processed needs to be continuously fed into the centrifugal cutting drum from the feeding hopper. The motor synchronously drives the cutting drum, cutting disc, and cutting blade. Under the centrifugal action of the drum, the food is moved to the cutting blade along with the drum, and the processed diced food is cut piece by piece. If it is necessary to increase or decrease the size of the diced food, the spacing can be adjusted or the blade group can be replaced. The 3D cutting machine simulates the principle of manual vegetable cutting using infinite speed regulation, with advanced design, reasonable price, convenient operation, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and made of aluminum magnesium alloy and stainless steel materials. Check before startup
1. After unpacking, use a forklift to transport the machine to the work location. 2. Confirm that the power supply is AC380V/3PHASE. 3. Adjust the adjustment feet below the machine to ensure smooth positioning. 4. Check if the appearance of the machine has been damaged during transportation. 5. Check whether the movements of each moving part are flexible and whether there are foreign objects in the hopper. 6. Check whether each fastening screw is loose or damaged, and whether the installation of the knife grid and main cutter is stable.
Operation begins
1. Start the ON/OFF button switch to activate the motor and drive the power tool to operate. 2. Open the water source to allow it to flow into the square drum through the side of the feed inlet. 3. Add the materials to be cut, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. 4. Keep the water source flowing into the inlet. 5. When completed, press the ON/OFF button to stop the motor.
Attention: The installation and wiring of this device should be carried out by qualified and skilled technicians.
1. Turn off the power and clean the machine.
2. Figure 1 shows the original state of the machine during operation.3. Loosen all black handles to open the hopper cover for tool cleaning, as shown in the picture.
4. Loosen the handle and pull the joystick to separate the circular blade group from the aluminum blade switch, making the blade group detachable. (As shown in the picture)
5. Relax and adjust the screw next to the notch key, lift the movable cover, rinse the tool area, and rotate the inner aluminum drum to prevent chip residue.
1. What if there is noise at the cutting site?
Check if the screws and nuts in the cutting area are securely locked.
Check if there is any contact between the large blade and the round blade group.
2. How to replace the large knife when it collides with stone particles and screws?
Use a hook or Y-shape to disassemble the circular blade assembly and remove it.
The two large blade fixing nuts can be loosened and removed.
Replace the new product and reinstall it in reverse order.
How to avoid locking the axis of the circular blade group and the axis of the circular blade group (or the axis of the cutting blade group)Can't the heart be taken out directly?
Disassemble and separate the circular blade assembly and its axis once a month.
The same applies to the cutting blade group and the axis of the cutting blade group.
When disassembling and separating the circular cutter group and the axis, do not use a hammer to strike the axis, as this will cause the axis to bend and rotate, resulting in eccentricity and inability to cut.
